Authentic Harmony

When I was running my Clare-ity business, I received more than 50 testimonials, appeared on or hosted over 40 podcasts, wrote 4 books, and published many magazine articles. I even hosted Law of Attraction events for over a decade. And yet, despite all of this, I struggled to honor myself, not only as a spiritual teacher, life coach, and writing coach, but simply as me.

The challenge wasn’t about being modest or humble. It was deeper. I often felt like a fraud because I was living with addiction during much of that time. This conflict had a direct impact on my business success. My mentor would often say, “You’re the only one who can’t see how impactful you are.”

What I have come to realize is this: when we tell the truth from our authentic self about who we are, including our struggles and successes, we create a foundation of self-esteem that no outside recognition can give us. Authentic Harmony arises when we integrate both our challenges and our triumphs, recognizing that each has shaped the wisdom we carry today.

Now, with 7 years of recovery, I can finally stand in the truth and power of my teachings, no longer weighed down by self-doubt. Still, I remind myself daily that authenticity is not a destination but a practice. Like you, I am a work in process.

✨ Where in your life are you still withholding honor from yourself? What truth, resilience, or hard-earned wisdom could you begin to acknowledge today as part of your own Authentic Harmony?
